Cell Therapy - NKILT Therapeutics

Alternative Names: Cell Therapy - NKILT Therapeutics
Latest Update: None
Latest Update Note: None

Product Description

Our approach is based on the novel Chimeric ILT-Receptor (CIR™), featuring a unique proprietary binding technology, targeting the inducible immune checkpoint, HLA-G (expressed in over 50% of human cancers). Our initial engineered CIR™NK cells will be able to exquisitely target and directly kill cancer cells but will also activate innate immunity and directly target the tumor’s defense mechanisms. As we are building our path to IND, the first indication will be Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) as a pre-clinical/clinical proof of concept, while our core focus is to expand to a large array of HLA-G+ tumors, especially solid tumors such as Colorectal Cancer (CRC), Bladder Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), or Endometrial Cancer.
